I would never have agreed to that and you know it.

I don't know what you have lodged in your brain regarding any agreement that we may have reached but it is a fantasy on your part.

So explain to everyone here then WHY you have allowed over 2000 messages to disappear

You charge me?! I am quivering in my boots but seriously, who are you to "charge" anyone? You were told what was going to happen. You always appear to have selective amnesia when it benefits you. It must be quite advantageous to have that affliction.

In July there was no plan. Removing you as an administrator was all that was done. You STILL had all the ability to post. YOU were deleting and editing posts to suit your agenda. You were slandering the hell out of me. YOU were biting the hand that was feeding you and something had to be done and after conversing with an attorney he told me to remove you as an administrator. Amnesia again.

No Linda. Since Andrew is such a legal beagle then perhaps he can explain to you what constitutes a contract. EVERYTHING over the past three years during the existence of the HUT fills those requirements and thus it falls under the category of "implied contract" and it is arguable in a court of law. Don't believe me? Ask your attorney that you paid your good money to and then shut the hell up for you are talking with a paper asshole and paper assholes can't hold sh!t.
