Hello, forum members! I was wondering what medication works best for you to lower a fever.

There are lots of choices, such as acetaminophen, aspirin, or NSAIDs, but I’d love to hear what actually helps you the most.
Are you more into over-the-counter meds or do you use home remedies as well?
Also, how fast do they work for you? Looking forward to your replies!
