There are multiple layers of conciousness.
This is an electric/magnetic universe.

Water as it disassociates apart displaces towards the layer/s that attracts it.
Those layers as they become compacted with water discharge across to each other.

Rain on the windows....TTB...it's as simple as the raindrops falling on Your windows.

I am a dowser, and study how water reacts above and below surface, tomorrow is the spring equinox when trees and plants SWITCH their dual spins around to enable water to FALL upwards within themselves, they reverse spins.

Any craft that is to operate in atmosphere and space must control it's field spins in exactly the self same manner as nature does, thus it is vital to first comprehend nature to ever begin to puzzle how to manipulate such.

Welcome Sinny, very interesting work you are doing. I 100% feel there are sorts of everything in our skies, next to us even that we are unable to perceive. I can attest to the fact there are many different ufo in our air space, having had close encounters with different shapes and sizes, not to mention numbers of them. One of my encounters consisted of an armada that I have never read described anywhere else, easily 10`s of 1000`s of them.

So I find it very easy to consider your theory.
