I’m afraid your question is rather confusing, Mikado.

To join in on previous answers, I’ll give you this one :
- One thing is cannabinoids and another is cannabidiol, aka, CBD. This latter is 1 of the former 85, one of which is THC.

If Wiki is correct (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol#Legal_status), then “While the DEA Drug Schedule classifies THC (Tetrahydrocannabinols) and marijuana as Schedule I, cannabidiol is not found on the list”, meaning far as I get it, that even if detected, for example, in a Urine test, the presence of CBD will not be classified as a “drug”.

On the other hand, if you are taking Hemp Seed Oil – and again, if Wiki is correct (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemp_oil ) – then “ There is no THC within the hempseed, although trace amounts of THC may be found in hempseed oil when plant matter adheres to the seed surface during manufacturing”, meaning, if dully made, Hemp Seed Oil has no THC whatsoever because THC is not present in the seeds, but in the plant."

But if you are ingesting Hash Oil, the (quoting from same Wiki link) “Hash oil, not to be confused with hempseed oil, is used for both medicinal and recreational purposes and made from the mature female flowers and leaves of the herb cannabis, thus having a much higher THC content. Hash oil should not be confused with hemp, as the modern usage of the word 'hemp' is reserved for plants that meet the legal requirement of containing 0.3% THC or less.”

What I’m trying to say – if I got tour question correctly – is that if you’re ingesting
(a) CBD Oil, you shouldn’t need to worry
(b) Hemp Seed Oil, you should make a test by your own on a local lab to see if any traces of THC – however minimum – appear
(c) Hash Oil, you should worry

My $0.02.
Hope it helps.

If the test is as Fred says, then by selecting to not decarboxylate an oil should render it thc free, but cbd free as well. The thc remains as thca, the natural plant acid that also has medicinal qualities. Since cbd requires a longer decarboxylation time then what I need to be figure out is when does thc turn to cbn due to decarboxylation. Can you decarboxylate out the thc to cbn while still retaining cbd??
(a) CBD Oil, you shouldn’t need to worry

I would not be so sure of that, as I pointed out earlier even BB's complete oil has >1% thc. Who is to say if >1% is not detectable. CBD oil derived via the rso method will also have thc in because it is decarboxylated at the right temperature for the right duration.

It seems to be a matter of decarboxylation, not oil type. As of right now, there are no 0% thc medicinal seeds out there. Claims of 1% but they are hard to get and has been proven each plant can be different, even from the same mother. However combining these two aspects with give the medicine maker the opportunity to make a oil with everything except thc, provided you can retain cbd while decarb'n thc to cbn.
“While the DEA Drug Schedule classifies THC (Tetrahydrocannabinols) and marijuana as Schedule I, cannabidiol is not found on the list”, meaning far as I get it, that even if detected, for example, in a Urine test, the presence of CBD will not be classified as a “drug”.

It does not have to say cbd, it says marijuana which represents the whole plant. Just thought I should point this out.

Still have not determined if you can decarb off the thc to cbn while still retaining cbd. A longtime poster on a cannabis forum claims it is possible however he has not shared with me the correct temp and duration for this to happen.

So cannabis that is eaten or not heated will provide thca as opposed to thc. If thca is ingested, will that break down to the same metabolites as thc and therefore be picked up on a test? If not, than raw is the easiest and maybe best way to go, however you miss out on the activated cbd, which is getting alot of love from the all the science done on it.

If thca does not break down to the same metabolites and therefore will not trigger a test AND you can decarb thca>thc>cbn without losing too much cbd, then it seems to me I or anyone else could create a thc free complete medicine via the rso method.

I wonder how such as reindeer achieve the ability to absorb similer chemicals?

Father christmas followed the reindeer with a big red nose.
Basically that is a story about shaman who followed the reindeers and drank the frozen pee of said after they had found in the snow the amanita muscara ( magic mushrooms) and recieved all the presents nature has to offer by doing so.
They , the shaman also hung up the red mushrooms found under pine trees on the trees to dry out, apparently this reduces the toxins and increases the effects.

Nature has all the presents, not some stupid plastic garbage.
By the way I think magic mushrooms contain some DMT, this stuff will imho increase our personal field, thus we will be better able to remember how we are programmed to be arranged, hence self heal.

Kevin, love the great post, very in tune with it. One has to wonder why all the entheogens are typically illegal to consume, I find it hard to believe they are all bad for us. Your post inspired me to watch a couple mm vids and they reminded me that practically every mushroom in my garden is a friendly!

Firefox just opened a window linked to fbi/nsa site, looked legit for the brief second I looked at it while I was just automatically closing the window. Something about registering or scanning this computer. My computer had started to work funny, screen went black, weird lag. Ugh.

Hey, Soloman ? viewing some kind of (ahem) sites do turn up weird stuff ! You go easy on them tinctures, hey ?

Btw, if your ass's still outta jail, I presume your "distilling" efforts are getting successful ?

Give us an update, whenever possible.

And ... keep up the Spirit !

I was flipping out, I mean my computer started to act funny previously. Screen went all black, scrolling up and down glp forum scanning threads created four weird like "lag bars" horizontal on the screen. I say "lag" because my system was lagging, like maybe it was actually being downloaded? But why on earth would the fbi/nsa tell you they were doing this? Site looked legit from the very brief glimpse I got of it. I sure am hoping this is someone`s idea of a prank, either way, not funny.

As far as my distillation efforts, all theory (supported by many alchemical writings) right now with no legal way of performing the work. The pop-up scared me and has made me reconsider my direction.

Back to theory, on one of the other forums one member was saying he used the male plant to remove some skin tags. What a thought, the male is medicinal too??? Duh! What if the most medicinal part of the plant for us humans turns out to be the "salt" or physical aspect of the male plant?!?!

I have been asking what if potentially we have been treating physical ailments with the wrong aspect of the plant, maybe we should be using the "salt" instead of the "soul". It is hard to think how this might actually make sense, because if you think about before and after testing of the plant material and the oils derived from them, it does not.

So the medicinal aspect and why it must be so important lies in the combining of the ash with the distilled spring water. The process of evaporating and condensing seven times captures the physical essence of the plant within the water while absorbing universal energies. Hard to explain or understand that transmutating(?) from one state to another can increase potential but this appears to be what they are saying.

So the physical aspect of the medicine is most likely a carrier of subtle energies, not cbd or thc. Which is why it is so important. Synergistic. Alchemical.

I agree Kevin! Some people are saying that cannabis cures old age!

Interesting, I sent the developers a question to see if their unit will detect radiation, hopefully I will hear back from them after the weekend.
