Dan
This oil "measures" and "purity" is a hard thing to understand.
I'm looking at one provider (
http://www.hanf-zeit.com/cbd-produkte-1 ... dukte.html) that sells 50 ml (around 2 Oz) of "2,9% CBD" oil, which is the more "potent" it markets.
Your Bluebird says "1 fluid ounce = 30ml / 1ml = 30 drops / 30 drops = 8.333mg cannabidiol (CBD)", meaning ... it "talks" in mg, not "percentage" !
How can one compare ? maybe its just me and my ignorant frustration, but I simply can't get to understand. Plus, this "Rafael" strain from the Israelis claims 15,8 % CBD, which makes one wonder at its "purety" capability once "distilled" into an oil.
Also, the often referred 1:1 ratio is claimed to be of the utmost importance when in fact it only means that, for instance, a given product has the same "amount" of CBD and THC, meaning, okay, you get the benefit plus - I summarize - a free ride down euphoria alley, for those interested in that "collateral".
Now if one is intent on CBD only (regardless of tackling arguments about a positive "synergy" with TCH being thus absent) do you have any idea if your Blluebird drops are more, the same or less potent, at 250 mg (roughly 900 drops, roughly 2 Oz) than my 2 Oz at 2,9 % concentration ?
Damn !
