The Book of Life
Posted: Sat Oct 18, 2014 9:34 pmMy daughter and I took the kids to see The Book of Life today. I was reminded of Kevin's posts about the duality of everything. The movie brings home the lesson that life and death must co-exist. One cannot be without the other.
Later in the morning, I saw my life flash before my eyes. I was trying to reach across to close my car door. I stopped short of doing a face plant in the Walmart parking lot. My daughter drives a Durango. It would have been a bad fall. I settled for over extending my healing shoulder. Not my best performance.
