(b) is helpless to fend for him(her)self or destroys his/her ability to meet those basic needs for survival,
(c) and lastly, but not in the least, is not receiving sufficient care by others (husband/wife, for instance) to survive ?

As if George would let a stranger live in the house while Linda was on vacation which has to be occurring due to the hours being posted.) based upon how you want accuracy and how you responded to sock puppets in the past based upon myself. That condition would have earned him a long walk on a short pier with some breeders.

But Linda tells me that his life force is too strong. As long as it is there with the pup she is going to keep him well and with her.

I was impressed with that. You are right Hobbit. She is someone special.

She has named the dog Myles and I suggested that she use what I thought of earlier.

"Myles To Go". So when I retire and fade to the position where I belong in all of this, Perhaps she will put up a new picture of herself and the blind little dog that has the advantage of her love and attention. Mylestogo indeed.
